<image:caption>I have been to physical therapy many times before and thought that I knew what to expect. Manual Solutions took it to a whole new level. My treatment felt much more customized than what I have had in the past. Every manipulation or exercises was aimed at correcting a specific problem and we took time at the end of every session to talk about the changes.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Philosophy - Our Philosophy</image:title>
<image:caption>Therapists at Manual Solutions Physical Therapy believe that the body has an efficient state. When the soft tissue, joints and neural structures are healthy and coordinated, bodies are pain free and are capable of great things. We want to use clear communication and a logical thought process to identify any inefficiencies that are causing pain or limiting performance. Inefficiencies may come from structures that are bound and can’t move or from the bodies inability to coordinate movement and muscle contraction. We choose from a variety of manual techniques to restore movement in soft tissue and joints and then retrain the body to use the movement. Once we have been able to make the needed changes, we teach you how to do it for yourself. We can provide as much or as little help as you need but our ultimate goal is to return the body to a state of health where it doesn’t need us anymore.</image:caption>

<image:caption>The most common problem in the mid back and rib cage is scoliosis. There are two main categories of scoliosis. The first category is for patients with a genetic condition in which the bones are the wrong shape. The second category is compensatory scoliosis meaning that the body creates a sideways shift to balance the body in response to a problem somewhere else in the system. <image:title>Dr. Aaron Kearsley</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Aaron Kearsley Aaron is originally from Ridgefield, WA. He completed his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in exercise physiology at Brigham Young University-Idaho in Rexburg, ID and received a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Idaho State University in Meridian, Idaho. Aaron has spent time in various clinical settings but found his passion in Manual Therapy. He enjoys the one-on-one treatment time with patients and the ability to help patients be able to achieve their goals. He became inspired to follow a career in Physical Therapy following a major car accident that occurred when he was just 18 years old. He suffered a major injury which required a great deal of therapy. The experience changed his life and has helped him relate to his patients as they work through their recovery. Aaron is married to Kayla (Nielson), a Boise native who graduated from Mountain View High School in Meridian, ID. Along with his wife, Aaron enjoys spending time with each of his 3 wild and energetic sons. When he isn’t spending time with family or working, Aaron loves to get outdoors to go hiking, running, fishing, or just kick a soccer ball around.</image:caption>
